Japanese prints

I have two Japanese prints, but I don't know the authors and the time of creation of these prints. At present there are not experts of Japanese art in St.Petersburg, even in Hermitage, though Hermitage is the largest museum of western and oriental arts in Russia. I shall be grateful if you would answer me.
