: I'm afraid that I don't know any experts on Koson in Eastern Canada. However, if you contact Dave McClean, he may be able to help you find one:

If you are near Toronto, you could try the Kamimura Gallery at (416) 923-7850, or the Stuart Jackson Gallery at (416) 967-9166. If you are in the Ottawa area, try the Fulford Gallery at (613) 722-0440.
As an interim measure, invest in a photographic loupe with a magnification of 8x or greater. If you suspect that you have a photo mechanical reproduction of a Koson print, the printer's dots from the colour separation should be easily identifiable. The loupe is not expensive and can be bought at any professional photo shop.
