The hashira title seems to read Myo myo sha ju, which seems typically obscure but the illustrations, in black, blue and grey, are clearly signed Toyokuni (III) and show night scenes with ghostly apparitions. Thank you very much! Glad to know that my print is a Toyokuni III (or Kunisada I). Perhaps there is someone who knows more about 'Myo myo sha ju' and it's date ...
