Greetings!

I have bought a Kuniteru print from 1855 (published by Joshuya Shigezo), a scene from 47 ronin where a child is held hostage by a group of said ronin, a drawn sword to its throat and a terrified enemy on sort of a pedestal watching. The art dealer had the information that this Kuniteru was active 1818-59, but nothing more. Are there several Kuniteru, if so - which one is this, and what more is there to know about the artist and the print (the dealer said it's a full suite of 47 prints, one for each ronin - maybe several such suites by the same artist).
Thanx for any clues!
Stefan
