Fraudulent sellers on eBay and other auction sites are indeed a problem, and I don't mind a discussion of the problem on this board. However, for legal reasons I can't allow accusations against individual sellers to be posted here, and I have therefore removed the link from your message. Such complaints should be directed to eBay, and hopefully they will take necessary action. It can be a long and tedious process though, as this story illustrates:

REMOVING PROBLEM SELLERS FROM EBAY IS NOT EASY

Buying ukiyo-e prints on eBay is a risky business. The information about the prints is often incorrect or misleading, mostly due to the ignorance of the sellers, and the images provided are mostly too small and blurry. At best it is a lottery, and you should bear that in mind when deciding how much to bid.
