For Hiroshige more rare prints your best bet would be Juzo Suzuki - Hiroshige, a monumental volume in Japanese. For the non Japanese reader, you can search by photos of series titles as well as publishers.

If you can do an image search, above and the Tamba Collection by the same author is an excellent source of images of rare Hiroshige prints.

Strange - Hiroshige, is also a useful source.

What you seem to have might be a format referred to as mamegiriban, unfortunately little research is so far done on these.

If you post an image somebody will probably be able to supply more information.
