Harunobu and Kokan

im contemplating a print from the recent catalogue from Mita Arts in Tokyo.
They have an interesting Harunobu (no 7), but it does have acouple of funny features:
Firstly the top border pattern (much like an inverted wave pattern).
Ive not been able to find one other print from H with the same.

Secondly the fence which is similar to one print attributed to Kokan (who was very fond of the western perspective)

Apart from that the print figures are very typical Harunobu.

But knowing that Kokan was a clever Ukiyoe artist and follower of Harunobu
im very much in doubt. (Especially when it comes to paying the 3000 or so Euros)

very grateful for any comments.
