This is the japanese web page and there is some informations in japanese.
The artist is kunichika, actor's name is ichimura-uzaemon (13th) playing "washi-no-choukichi" in the kabuki play "yagura-daiko-otomo-yoshiwara". This was published in 1866(keiou 2), february, as a piece of a tiplet, the other pieces are here.
As for the other one, the chuban-size prints on your woodblock, I cannot find the color images.
May I try to read the letters on the prints?
Artist is Gountei-Sadahide (or Utagawa-Sadahide, 1807-1879?, a pupil of Utagawa-Kunisada.)
The title of these prints are "edo-nenchuu-gyouji-no-uchi" (Year's regular events in edo-city)
They depict Sumiyoshi-shrine's festival at tsukuda-jima on the last day of june.
