You're absolutely right. I misread the zodiac sign as 'goat' instead of 'rat' so I was looking at the wrong years. Thanks to your advice I could identify the print, it's the Akasaka print from the 'pride of Edo' (1864) as you suggested. In the photo mine is the one on the left. The one on the right is an image from kunisada.de. Theirs seems to have much stronger preservation of colors. Mine is more bluish and faded although it does have full margins whereas theirs is trimmed. I guess it should have been obvious that it's Hiroshige II.
