woodblock "print"?

I am in possession of a small print (appx 5.5" by 7.5") of Kuwana, one of the Tokaido 53 Stations.

It has a label on the back frame from the Uchida Art Co., Kyoto Handicraft Center.

The paper appears to be fairly new.

Is this possibly a restrike or some form of a commercial reprint?
