Your print may be from Hokusai's album Fugaku hyakkei (One Hundred Views of Fuji, originally published in three volumes 1834-35).
These images were printed in two halves on adjoining pages, like this:
I'm not an expert in Hokusai's albums, but I believe that the blue colour may indicate a later edition.
