In Guide to Modern Japanese Woodblock Prints: 1900-1975 (Honolulu 1995), p 46, Helen Merritt and Nanako Yamada lists an artist who seems to fit quite well for your images (ito1.jpg and ito2.jpg). His name is Itô Nisaburô, and the latter of these names begins with the character inscribed in the artist's seal. Unfortunately, the information about him is far from comprehensive:

"Studied at Kyoto City Specialist School of Painting. Studied with Tsuchida Bakusen. Flower prints and scenes of Kyoto, including a 5-story pagoda, published from ca. 1910 by Uchida."

Your prints depict the five-storied pagoda and a large gate of the Ninnaji temple in Kyoto, formerly known as Omuro Castle. I believe it wouldn't be too far-fetched to assume that the pagoda on your print is the one referred to by Merritt and Yamada.

By the way, unknown.jpg (already identified by John Fiorillo as a work by Shôtei) depicts the Sacred Bridge in Nikkô.

It may also be appropriate to point out, that on all these three prints the artists identify themselves only by their seals. What often is mistaken for a signature, is in fact the title of the print.
