You are right, Hajime Namiki (born in Tokyo in 1947) also creates tree prints, using a technique that shares some of the characteristics of Hoshi's and Sato's ways. Like them, he uses gold leaves and a color containing "nikawa". One special feature of Namiki's technique is the use of a hard wood (cherry), like the artists of old. Because the woodblock is hard, he is able to produce sharp details (for the branches, for example). His works are found in the Sackler Gallery in Washington, DC, and at the Art Institute of Chicago. I have seen prints by him in the collection of Kappy Hendricks, the Bethesda, MD dealer (from whom I received the information reported here).
