Greetings to all !
I have a question concerning the logistics of "managing" a small collection. What would be the best way to store one's prints, taking into account two goals: (i) protection of the prints (against acid and other chemicals, light, dust etc...); (ii) convenience of access to look at them, show them and manipulate them safely. I suppose storing them in flat drawers, wrapped in some kind of clear plastic envelops or folders would do the trick. What are the types of plastics that would not damage the prints ? Are there any chemical or magnetic properties of plastics that would present some danger to the prints ? What should I look for ? Thank you for any advice you may have !.
