Hi, Mikael,
the print is signed 'shimoto no oju Toyokuni ga' together with two censor seals (Muramatsu and Yoshimura), so it's by Kunisada I designed around 1847-48.
It's the left sheet of a triptych depicting actors in freetime, print title is 'Edo no hana yoru no fukei - Flowers of Edo: A night view', the actor is most probably Ichimura Uzaemon XII, publisher is Aritaya Seiemon.
