Dear all,

It's Shunpusai Hokumyo's signature indeed and for this reason, the depicted actor must be Arashi Kichisaburo III (1810-64).

According to Roger Keyes (in TWOP), Hokumyo used the 'go' Shunpusai between 1830-33.
