Both of these are probably one panel of triptychs, which tends to be seen as less valuable than stand-alone prints.

The Kunisada is a portrait of kabuki actor Ichikawa Ebizo, probably circa 1833 - 1843.
(After Ichikawa changed his name, but before Kunisada became "Toyokuni")

The Kuniyoshi is unidentified men with no title or name cartouches. It dates to circa 1849 - 1853 judging by the censors' seals.

The Kunisada print is the better one, and probably less common because of the earlier date.
Both of these are in good condition with the exception of the factors you have noted.
