Alas, modern yakusha-e are the least well documented of the modern prints; both shin hanga sansui-ga and sosaku hanga have at least something, but for modern yakusha-e, there is next to nothing that I know of.
Only one modern yakusha-e artist that I know of has a book dedicated to him: Tsuruya Kokei. For the others, 'The Japanese Print Since 1900' (by Lawrence Smith) has a tiny bit of information, as does 'Ukiyo-e- to Shin Hanga: The Art of Japanese Woodblock Prints', but alas I don't even know of a book on modern yakusha-e specifically.
Sorry I couldn't help more - perhaps someone else knows of one?
