Well, I did go with the kanji (with all the homonyms in Japanese, romaji is just about useless :-), but I was lazy and used the kanji from a web site, instead of reading the print, so I expect I was using the wrong kanji!

So, what is the correct kanji for 'setsuyou' (to use the correct romaji, I think)? I looked in a couple of dictionaries, and the closest I could find is 'ؗv', meaning 'essential' or 'vital' - could that be it? 'Essential treasury of the whole country' could be right...
