Both prints in the Shizuoka PCL bear an identical seal in the right hand margin (see image). However, these seals are lacking on the untrimmed duo prints in the National Diet Library.
I doubt that the seals on the Shizuoka prints are censor's seals. The series was issued Meiji 10 (1877) but censor's seals were in use only till the end of 1875.
