The print is dated Meiji 18 (1885) so it cannot be by Kuniyasu who died in 1832. –¾Ž¡ reads "Meiji".
I have posted at http://picasaweb.google.com/irwin.lavenberg/DropBox?feat=directlink the confirmed Yoshitoshi signature that made me think this print might be his work. However, I am doubtful this work is Yoshitoshi's. Stylistically it doesn't look like his work and the seal beneath the signature is not one I've seen on his work. I wonder if it could be the work of one of his students.
