Hi, this diptych is by Toyokuni III - he has signed it on each panel of the diptych (the double vertical row of characters next to the pair of circular seals). The rectangular black-only seal is probably a printer's seal - I don't recognize it, though.

It has a pair of circular 'nanushi' censor's seals on it, meaning that it dates from the period 1847 to 1853 - you can look them up here:

The rectangular red cartouches in the upper corners _may_ contain the name of the two people portrayed, but the only image that shows them is not so good, so I didn't try and read them.
