the text at the top seems to be, from right to left "Matsubaya", "Segawa", and the names of the two
kamuros. But there is a kanji above the "Segawa", and what I read as "gawa" could be part of the curtain (!) so I am not sure about that name
The courtesans of the Matsubaya house that I found pictured in woodprints were Kisagawa, Yosooi, Somenosuke, Togaeri, so you could try check if one of these could match the second set of kanjis.
