Painter is かつしか北斎(Katsushika Hokusai).
Publisher is 伊勢屋利兵衛 (Iseya Rihee).
They are shown on the lower right side of the print.
This picture is known as "Yoshiwara girou ougiya no zu" while there are no title on the picture.
Means that the image of the courtesan house "ougiya" in Yoshiwara.
