The verse on the print can be read,
Koma tomete nao mizu kawan yamabukino
hana no tsuyu sou Ide no Tamagawa
It was written by Fujiwara Shunzei in 12th century.
Rough english; pull up horse, and take some water
of the Tamagawa stream seasoned with dewdrops from Yamabuki (yellow flower)
How pretty this print is! Finely embossed, isn't it?
