First one actually contains three different names,
The rightmost is "Toshishige" (name stands by itself at the right edge of the cartouche.
The other characters, if read from left to right, are:
"(aratame) Toshichika Toshimitsu", which is to say, that 'Toshichika' and 'Toshimitsu' were different go names of the same person. And he collaborated with Toshishige on this nishiki-e print.
This is proven again by your second print,
which says "Toshichika aratame Toshimitsu", meaning it was in this year that Toshichika changed his name to 'Toshimitsu'. In this case it seems he designed the print by himself, not in collaboration with another Yoshitoshi student.
