But I come to know it wrong because I found he had made another print of the same actor and of probably same Kabuki play of your print.
This is the print of Shunsho. Very akin to your unknown print isn't it?

Now I suppose the uncertain artist could be somebody other than Shunsho who was active in same years of him, Buncho or other..but nothing is sure.
The actor's name is 芳沢 いろは (Yoshizawa iroha) by the way.
