Ron,
Your prints are indeed woodblock prints from a 20 th century facsimile edition of Hokusai's series "Thirty-six views of Mount Fuji" published from new recarved or recut woodblocks.
If you have a close look at an original copy in the MFA Boston of "Under Mannen bridge at Fukagawa", first published around 1831 and shown here, you'll distinguish slight differences in the details compared to your print (for example the details in the bushes and the stones at the base at the right and left of the bridge etc...).
This series by Hokusai was and is so popular that it was copied and re-published all the time, even till the present day.
