Well it looks like a signature and seal of one of the Hiroshiges, but this is not a seal I've seen before. Would appreciate confirmation of artist signature, publisher, censor seal (not shown in Hotei Encyclopedia), title and any other info on this "good and evil" print.

A friend just steered me to the work of Santo Kyoden SHINGAKU HAYASOMEGUSA, 1790 for the origin of the little zendama and akudama figures that started appearing in prints after Kyoden's work was published.
