He actually stopped signing as 'Hiroshige' in 1865, thereafter signing Rissho (立祥).
As to the seals, the 'Catalogue of the Memorial Exhibition of Hiroshige's Work on the 60th Anniversary of His Death' seems to indicate that after his death, his seals passed first to Hiroshige II, and then Hiroshige III (the first and second husbands of Hiroshige's daughter). They were still extant at the time of the exhibition, and impressions are included in that catalogue. See:
