"Gosotei Toyokuni" is another name of Toyoshige (Toyokuni II, 1777-1835).
And "Yeishi" is another spelling of "Eishi".
(Chobunsai Eishi, 1756 - 1829).
The dates given as 1790:1800 would be the period during which Eishi was primarily active as a printmaker. He soon gave up ukiyoe prints and worked on ink paintings instead.
If you post photos of the prints to this site others can tell you more specifically what the subjects of the designs are
