The picture is a bit too small to read much of the text (at least, without working hard :-), but it is definitely by Kunisada - going from the signature, and the overall look of the print, I'd say sometime in the 1820s.
You could try looking around the Kunisada Project website:
http://www.kunisada.de/
to see if you can find the series (even if that particular print is not there).
