"Hokusai (1)" appears to be by Katsushika Taito II, the signature looks like that of Taito, not Hokusai. Also the subject and style are similar to other Taito works, such as the above image.
"Hokusai (2)", looks almost like a painting, rather than a print. It has a small signature or inscription, and seal, in the right margin. This does not look like the signatures of Hokusai or of any of his students. Not sure what it is, you have a good question !
