Hello everyone.
Back with another print. the print is in very bad shape but I was wondering if anyone could help me to identify the actor and the role he is playing. Other details are of course much appreciated as well. I think the publisher is Yamamoto-Ya Heikichi. The actor's name looks like Onoe ... something zaburô to me. something like this perhaps: 尾上堂三郎 ?
The role he's playing is too hard for me to read.
I'd say it's an actor in an onnagata role (looks like an oiran). I have no idea if the rather special horse-pattern on the kimono has a connection with the play.
It's signed Ichiyûsai Kuniyoshi (was there a specific period when he signed it like this?) and it doesn't have his paulownia seal (why not?). I've searched all over the internet and in books, but I can't find this print/series.

Thank you in advance

bdk
