The one on the left looks like an interior scene of an audience - possibly with the emperor or other bigwig, and it is signed "Gyokuransai Sadahide". The one on the right is probably a Daimyo procession and could be by the same artist, though it's not signed on that panel.
They both date to cir. 1850 or so.
