Irwin,

Here's a link to your print:
http://sakigake.web.infoseek.co.jp/ukiyoe-yamato01.htm

The triptych is attributed there to Kobayashi Eitaku - problem is that he died in 1890 and the date of publication of the triptych is Meiji 34.10 (10/1901). So, this must be either a posthumous issue or a design by one of his pupils. The Japanese Wikipedia lists as pupils Kobayshi Eikō and Tomioka Eisen but also an artist Murata Eiyō (or Eiteru?), written 村田永耀, but I have no more info on him and I doubt if this name does match with the signature on the triptych.

As far I could decipher the title it reads "Ingyō mikado Sotoshi no iratsume Miyukinihama no zu" (View of the emperor Ingyo and princess Sotoshi at Miyukinihama) but correct me if I have it wrong.

Guy.
