I agree it does look like a Yoshitoshi - but it could also be from a number of his contemporaries. Is that a signature in the white box on the bottom? (The left-most character looks like it might be 'ga', 'drawn by'.) Maybe a higher-resolution closeup of that (and also the yellow square box to its left, which might contain a date).

I'm pretty sure it's not from one of his triptcyh series; there are none that have a title anything like this one. I did look quickly through all of Keyes, trying to see if there was a single triptych with this title, but I didn't see one. (Let me know if you want a copy of Keyes, to try yourself.)

I tried to read the title, but a number of the characters in it defeated me. It's something like '?王勤代庶國珀', but I am pretty sure some of these are wrong, and I just have the character that looks most like the one in the title. I suspect some of them are deliberate variant forms, but I'm not knowledgeable enough to work back to the originals from them.

Not much use, I know, but that's all I could work out!
