That image you found solves that one... it's 'kurabe' (竸), but with the double radical on the bottom singled up. I _thought_ it looked familiar, but couldn't quite place it!
So, now the question is: is the original print by Yoshitoshi, or someone else?
That's where it would be useful to have closeups of those two cartouches along the bottom. (Hint, hint... :-)
