From an identified signature on a print in my collection, I believe the signature reads Hayakawa Shōzan 早川 松山 who may also be the artist Hayakawa Shōgetsu 早川 松月 (who may also be the artist Kojima Shōgetsu 小島 松月.) You can find a short bio on the artist who might have used all these names on my website at http://www.myjapanesehanga.com/home/artists/kojima-shogetsu-1870-1900 The bio also includes signature and seal examples.
