I can't read the poem in cursive at the left but at the right you have the actor's name in bold (Segawa Kikunojō) preceded at the right by the date of his pass away (loosely translated as Tempō, 1st month, 7th day) and his age (31 years). To the left of the actor's name find you find info on this transition into the Buddhistic afterlife and his name as a bodhisattva. This kind of information is standard for most of the 'shini-e'.
