According to my Nanushi seal table:

http://www.chiappa.net/~jnc/prints/nanushi.html

the nanushi censor seals read 'Muramatsu' and 'Fuku', for Muramatsu Genroku and Fukushima Giemon. According to the information reproduced there, this dates them to 1849-1853.

The printer's seal reads "Santetsu", who had a ya-go of Mikawaya Tetsugoro; sources indicate he was active in the 1840s.
