Hi Jari,
This Kuniyoshi triptych is titled "Buzen no kuni oki manaita ga se (The Chopping Block Shoals Off the Coast of Buzen Province)"
The print is currently on display as part of the Portland Art Museum's exhibition "The Artist's Touch The Craftsman's Hand. Three Centuries of Prints from the Portland Art Museum" and can be found in the catalog of the same name on p. 221. I have scanned that page and it is available at https://picasaweb.google.com/irwin.lavenberg/PortlandArtMuseumArtistSTouchCraftsmanSHand?authuser=0&feat=directlink
If you click on the icon for enlarging the scan of the page you'll be able to read the details given for this fascinating print.
You can also access an image of this print on the Museum's website at http://pamcollections.org/detail.php?type=related&kv=9393&t=objects
I will also mention that the catalog for this exhibition of over 250 prints is beautifully produced and contains some first-class essays by luminaries such as John Carpenter who curated the surimono prints on display. It is well-worth acquiring. The link to the catalog is http://www.portlandartmuseum.org/shop/details?ProdID=83&category=0 If you would like to place an order and are outside the United States please contact via email Ms. Tracie Caro at tracie.caro@pam.org as she directly handles international orders for the Museum.
