I just got another suggestion from another source saying that it could be
Kano Yoshinobu (1692-1745), a Kano-ha artist. This source also told me that Yoshinobu "is another name of Chikatoku".
However, I have no ability to judge that and it seems that painters often used different names and changes names during hie/her career as well.
