You'll find a good image of the original (uncreped) print at the NDL website (http://dl.ndl.go.jp/info:ndljp/pid/1305664).
The artist is Yoshitora (芳虎), and it belongs to a Tôkaidô series. The title of this particular print is Kambara (蒲原). It was published in 1872.
