The complete series title is "Soga go-jû-san eki" (The 53 stations in writing and pictures). This particular print is titled "Suruga Kambara - Sôhatsu beppin" (駿河蒲原 早発別品), where Suruga is the name of the province and "sôhatsu no beppin" means something like "the quick departure of a belle".

One may wonder why the artist has chosen this subject for his Kambara print. My guess would be that it is a kind of pun, suggested by the name of the province, where the first character (駿, pronounced as "shun") means "good horse" or "quick person".
