I did a search for other prints from this series, also in Japanese databases. All the prints that I encountered have the Yamadaya Shōjirō publisher's seal. Some impressions are good, early with a title cartouche with reds and greens - other impressions are later with a red cartouche. The series was apparently a commercial succes with consecutive reissues and it is quite plausible that Maruya Jinpachi acquired the blocks after Yamadaya Shōjirō closed in 1866. The key blocks in 'Bizen Yugayama', used by both publishers, seem identical to me.

Guy.
