The 2nd line can be read as 四季三番叟 (Shi Ki San Ba Sou) and 6th 菊慈童 (Kiku Ji Dou) I guess with 80% probability.
Both come from famous Noh (能) play titles.
Other lines are still Greek to me.

My impression is this is a kind of brochure for a Noh or Kabuki performance. But it does not convince myself fully so I need someone else who knows better about it than me.
