Sato-san,
Isn't "Shiki sanbasô" (四季三番叟) also the title of a book by Itsujin Baiju and Bokusen Maki, published in 1813 (see http://www.library.city.nagoya.jp/collection/betu9113_32.html)?
Bokusen was a painter and printmaker in Nagoya, according to Roberts ("A dictionary of Japanese artists", and he helped Hokusai with the first volume of Manga. So there we have a possible connection between the text and the print.
Best regards,
Hans Olof
