I have been looking for this article as well.
Recently I found out I had access to the libraries of various local universities, some with outstanding collections of japanese print literature. Your post reminded me of my search so today I was able to go and scan the article you seek. The scans are not perfect due to the library binding. However they are high quality scans (4 scans, each between 2.2 and 3.9 MBs). If you wish I would be happy to send them to you. Let me know how you think would be the best way to do this.
