The upper one is Kayaya from the series of GyouShoBan TouKaiDou GoJuu San Tsugi published in 1842.
The lower depict the characters on the famous novel TouKaiDouChuu HizaKuriGe written by 十返舎一九.
The right person is Yajirobee and the left, Kitahachi.
You find each name on the coutoche and the hat they wear.
